    Marty in Hagerstown is always good to work with. I am still wary of the service technicians because in the past one stripped the threads on my oil plug and another one did not tighten the oil filter. You need to consolidate auto service records from both Hagerstown and Frederick locations so that I can take my vehicles (Bolt EUV, Malibu, 2500HD) to either location and the records are available. This is a no-brainer. Please bring back oil change packages at a discount.

    I scheduled the service appointment online, without difficulty. The service advisor greeted me and verified the work that was to be completed. I was sent text links to actual inspection videos of my car. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will continue to have my Chevy Equinox serviced at Fitzgerald Hagerstown. Thank you.

    I still think it is ridiculous that you have no options for fixing the plastic trim pieces on the Suburban The staff was friendly. The waiting room was comfortable.
