I bought the console lock box and had it installed. My email flier said it was $275 and they charged me $340. $160 for 30 mins to install was outrageous. I won't make that mistake again!

My sale agent Joseph was great and I highly recommend him! Also my finance person did a great job finishing the sale. The only issue I did have is that while I was there, the sale manager did not once come over to say hello or to congratulate me on my new car. I think that to make a great dealership, courtesy and just taking a few minutes to walk over and shaking the hand of a new own would be nice. It was not busy at all while I was there.

So my appointment was at 8:45 I arrived at 8:30 I was told it would be about an hour wait but I did not get out of there until after 10:00 and I was late for work that being said they were cordial and did a good job I might not schedule it on a day I had to be at work which is all the time so it's hard for me

This was my first interaction with this dealership after moving to the area.The whole process was very smooth. We had trouble finding the ( intermittent)issue but eventually it was found and fixed. Highly recommend!
